  • Professional Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

    Bonnie’s Healing Hands is a professional, therapeutic massage practice. Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual innuendo, jokes, comments, or advances, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in being permanently prohibited from booking future appointments.

    Any incident of harassment or misconduct may also be reported to the appropriate local authorities and licensing board.

  • Appointment Duration

    Each session includes time for consultation and preparation.

    60-minute appointment: Includes 50 minutes of hands-on massage and 10 minutes for consultation and changing.

    90-minute appointment: Includes 80 minutes of hands-on massage and 10 minutes for consultation and changing.

  • Late Arrivals

    First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms. If you arrive at your scheduled time instead, that paperwork time will be deducted from your session.

    Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for consultation and changing.

    If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened accordingly, and you will still be charged for the full appointment. Extra time will not be added.

  • Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee.

    Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to your session time.

    No-shows will also incur a $25 fee.

    Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of booking privileges.

  • Scope of Practice

    Bonnie is a licensed massage therapist and beautician in the state of New Jersey. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, and Bonnie does not diagnose or treat illness, injury, or disease. Clients are advised to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

    In certain circumstances, such as recent injury, surgery, or ongoing medical treatment, Bonnie may require a valid prescription or written clearance from a physician in order to proceed with hands-on work. This ensures your safety and helps tailor the session to your body’s current needs.

  • Age Requirements / Confidentiality

    Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive massage without parental consent. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will remain present during the session, or provide written consent in advance.

    All personal information and health disclosures shared during consultation or treatment are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and professional ethics.
