What to Expect
Bonnie believes massage should be accessible, inclusive, and tailored to you. Bonnie welcomes plus-size clients and offers a comfortable, respectful experience, always free of judgment and full of care.
Bonnie’s Healing Hands is a welcoming space for every body. Clients of all sizes, identities, and experiences are celebrated here. Whether you’re coming in with chronic pain, emotional tension, or just in need of rest, this is a safe place to begin your healing.
Consultation
Before your session begins, Bonnie takes time to understand your needs, preferences, and any physical or emotional concerns you’d like to address. You’ll be asked about your health history, areas of tension, sensitivity levels, and the kind of pressure or touch you prefer.
This is a judgment-free zone, your comfort, privacy, and well-being are always the priority.
Service Preparation
You’ll be guided to the treatment room and given privacy to get comfortable on the massage table. Clean linens, supportive bolsters, and soothing music create a calming space.
You can undress to your comfort level, only the areas being worked on will be uncovered, and you’ll be draped with care throughout the session.
For metaphysical services (like Reiki or tuning forks), you’ll remain fully clothed and may be guided through some light breathwork or grounding techniques.
The Service
Bonnie customizes each service to your body’s unique needs, there are no cookie-cutter massages here. Whether you’re receiving a deep tissue massage, energy healing, or reflexology, the session is always collaborative.
You’re welcome to speak up, stay silent, or ask questions at any time. This is your time to relax, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
Post Service
Once your session ends, Bonnie will check in with you, offer water, and provide guidance if needed (such as aftercare tips or suggestions for future treatments). You’ll have time to slowly get up and regroup before heading back out into your day.
Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, or more connected to themselves after a session, take it slow and honor what your body needs.
